By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive email communications about product updates, launch announcements, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

When you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIXGATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FixGator and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FixGator operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
